Plus Gallery presents an exclusive showcase of contemporary art displayed in a newly built, 7000 square foot modern masterpiece home in the heart of Denver’s prestigious Cherry Creek neighborhood. The exhibition has a special focus on paintings by Laura Krudener and Karen McClanahan, presented in appreciation of the Denver Art Museum’s current Women of Abstract Expression group show. Living with Contemporary Art launched with a private event hosted in conjunction with the Denver Art Museum in support of the joint effort, with 10% of sales proceeds supporting the museum. The exhibition offers a singular example of fitting artwork perfectly in place in a contemporary home context, featuring some of the best examples from the Plus Gallery family of artists, as well as selections from owners Ivar and Karen Zeile’s personal collection. Works from 2005 – 2016 are on view by artists William Betts, Colin Livingston, Frank T. Martinez, Alex Mcleod, Jenny Morgan, Allie Pohl, Jon Rietfors, Andrew Rucklidge, Douglas Walker, Michael Whiting, Xi Zhang + special guest artist Dylan Gebbia-Richards. The exhibition is available for viewing by appointment only to prospective collectors, contact [email protected] for additional information.
