Dave Yust Slide Presentation at + Gallery tonight, Wednesday The 13Th

Tonight is the night for Dave Yust's slide presentation on "Christo and Jeanne-Claude: The Gates, Central Park, New York City, 1979 - 2005." For Dave Yust, one of Colorado's most accomplished visual artists, it has been a special pleasure to have experienced four major Christos' projects --- Surrounded Islands (worker), 1980-1983; The Umbrellas (observer), 1984-91; The Wrapped Reichstag (observer), 1071-95; and The Gates in New York City's Central Park (worker), 1979-2005. This slide presentation will help to explain how this enormous, exquisite and elegant Project of 7503 16' high Gates came to be. We are expecting standing room only for those who've not RSVP'd for this fine, informative event.
