"YOUNG MODERNS" FEATURING JOHN McENROE COMMENCES FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14th AT UCCS

Add message of the day here.Plus+gallery artist John McEnroe has once again been selected by a strong curatorial vision outside the framework of Plus+gallery, this time by Christopher Lynn from the Gallery of Contemporary Art at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.  Lynn has recently begun a strong series of contemporary exhibitions that tap into highly credible international talents while supporting regional leaders in contemporary art.  Its a fresh vision that sets good precedents for institutions such as UCCS and Plus+gallery is proud to have been recognized in conjunction with those efforts.  

Lynn's follow up to the incredible "Manifest" hones in on three talents deemed "Young Moderns" and pits the awesome latex paintings of John McEnroe up against works by  NYC's Sarah Braman and Chicago's Todd Chilton.  The Gallery of Contemporary Art hosts a reception for the exhibition this Friday night, December 14th from 5:30 - 9pm.  The exhibition remains on view till February 9th.  For more information and directions on getting to the Gallery of Contemporary Art at UCCS, visit www.galleryuccs.org
